Marco Simiano

Marco is the Chief Product and Commercial Officer (Grid Automation) at GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions business after holding the role of Grid Automation Global Commercial Leader for three years. He has more than 15 years of experience within the company, having worked both in the power and the renewables business lines. Marco started his career as a scientist within the Future Technology Department of Alstom Power in Switzerland where he led the development of industrial sensors and advanced signal processing, particularly focusing on enhancing the efficiency and performance of rotating equipment. Marco holds Ph.D. from the Polytechnic of Zürich, a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering. He also holds an MBA from Sant Gallen University.
